four hands are better than one
The distinct four-handed running second hand is a functional element derived from pool pace clocks. In lieu of needing a chronograph pusher and reset, the running, four-handed second hand allows you to beegin your lap workout at any 15-second interval. From that point onwards you’ll follow your colored hand for your pacing. For example, red-up would mean you’re going at a 60-second pace starting everytime the red hand is at 12.

Countdown
